Mr. Lee received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, where he was on the Dean’s List. He received his Juris Doctor degree from The Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. While in Law School he served as Articles Editor of The American Journal of Trial Advocacy.
After graduation from law school, Mr. Lee returned to his home state of North Carolina and joined the law firm of Henderson & Baxter, P.A., in New Bern. In 1982, Mr. Lee moved to the Phoenix area and joined the Law Offices of Joel Sacks. In 1983, Mr. Lee formed the Law Office of Carl D. Lee, PLLC.
When not practicing law, Mr. Lee enjoys fly fishing, hiking, hunting and serving the community. He has served as president of the Phoenix Thunderbird Rotary Club and chairman of the Arizona Council of Trout Unlimited. He, also, enjoys spending time with his wife and six children and their families, including nine grandchildren.
